Vitamin Moves to Southeast Main Street District in Baltimore City, Area’s Largest Arts and Entertainment District

Baltimore, Md. — September 18, 2006

Michael Karfakis, president and CEO of boutique design-web-PR firm, Vitamin® today announced the firm’s move to Baltimore City’s southeast Main Street District.

The firm’s new building, purchased in January 2006, underwent a complete renovation. Karfakis said, “As it stands, Vitamin’s new, three-level building embraces our creative culture, business nature and core brand attributes." He continued, “The new location is an ideal working, meeting, and playing environment for our team and our clients. It is also quite conducive to expansion as our employee and client base continues to grow.”

Vitamin’s new headquarters, located at 3237 Eastern Avenue, sits in the middle of Baltimore’s largest arts and entertainment district along with the Creative Alliance at the historic Patterson Theater.

As Vitamin reported earlier this year, thirteen businesses moved to Baltimore’s southeast Main Street District in 2005; the Southeast Community Development Corporation anticipates the trend of one new business opening a month will continue to build momentum for the area’s commercial and retail growth.
