NAIKLNB’s web site was designed to work in visual conjunction with its KLNB Retail’s web site. The two sites use a similar layout and primary design features. NAI’s site differentiates itself by centralizing five “spotlight” properties in the home page’s Flash animation. The user can pause the Flash piece and also click-through from to see full property details available at Co-Star Connect property database. The interior pages of the site are clean and easy to scan. The biography section of the site uses JavaScript to create an interactive “full bio drop-down.” This feature allows for shorter pages and for the biographies to be easily previewed by hiding lengthy biography copy.
